Jaehwan Kim Bio

Jaehwan is from Auckland, New Zealand. He is currently a 4th year graduate student in Cornell University in Professor Phillip Milner's group. His research interests lie in understanding redox-active organic polymers and investigating novel moieties to add to the collection of organic materials for various electrochemical functions such as organic battery electrodes. He did his undergraduate studies at Princeton University, where he worked with Professor Andrew Bocarsly and Buz Barstow to model efficiencies of various hybrid photosynthesis systems. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming and learning new languages.
